How to play
Every question has a number for an answer. Bet on your guess like a poker hand: closest to the truth wins the pot, and everyone with the better bluff wins it without ever showing their guess.
One question
- Blinds. The two players left of the dealer pay small and big blind before they see anything.
- Question. Everyone locks in a secret guess. Then the first betting round.
- Tip 1. A hint appears. Second betting round.
- Tip 2. Another hint. Third betting round.
- Answer. The real answer appears, and there is one last betting round. Yes, with the answer on the table: this is where the bluffs happen.
- Showdown. The closest guess among those still in wins. Over or under doesn't matter, only the distance. Equal distance splits the pot.
Your moves
- Fold
- Drop out of this question. What you already bet stays in the pot.
- Check
- Stay in without betting. Only when nobody has bet yet in this round.
- Call
- Match the current bet.
- Bet / Raise
- Put in more, at least the big blind. Everybody else must match it or fold.
- All-in
- Everything you have. If others bet more, the extra goes to a side pot that you can't win.
Chips and the end
- The big blind is twice the small blind. Blinds move one seat after each question and double every two questions.
- Out of chips means out of the game. You can keep watching.
- Last player with chips wins. The host can also end the game after any question: most chips wins.
- Your guess stays secret if you win without a showdown or folded, unless you choose to show it.
